BANGALORE, Nov 14 Asia Pulse - Hong Kong-based Asiatotal.net on Friday said it is scouting for partners in India with an assurance that it would help participating corporates to enhance their business opportunities.
The company is looking for partners in the field of education, entertainment, financial services, insurance, television, telecommunications and media with a view to serve the local market, company president and CEO Judy S Chen said.
The company plans to offer innovative computers to the partner company free-of-charge in a shared-profit deal.
"It is based on a simple business model to supply cost-competitive computers free of charge for universal internet access by sharing profits with partner companies in designated markets," she said.
Chen said the computers would carry partner companies' logo and the package would comprises of a keyboard, a mouse, a seven-inch LCD monitor with speakers and all necessary accessories.
Other user-friendly features of this package includes a smart card reader for secure transactions, easy voice and text messaging via Windows Messenger.
The first 200,000 units are set to be dispatched to Brazil, and the
company has an initial target to distribute one million units in China,
Continental and Eastern Europe, Latin America, India, Mexico, the Philippines,
the Middle East, Russia and South Africa, she said.
